LO hasn't seen dad in 2 months

And he's happy and fine . He saw him 2 months ago now only because my mom and me drove 2 hours to drop LO with his dads parent , they supervised at their house

So I've been trying to encourage a relationship with his paternal grandfather and its great. He's seen him more then his dad , and my son gets to know the other half of his family . His grandfather adores him , I mean adores him, he hang son everything my son say and is so good with him . He even tells me all te time I have done a good job and how amazing my son is

Makes me feel good that he hasn't asked once about his dad , he's got secure attatchment to me, my parents , my siblings and his grandfather now and is happy .

I've been able to stop worry that my son will grow up and feel he wasn't good enough because his dads a door knob and is selfish. he really doesn't need him.
