Lo having trouble going too poop

Hi my LO seems to be struggling too poo the last few days. He keeps trying but cant seem too go and hasnt been for the last few days. He is EBF and having solid food twice day (8 months). He wont drink water when offered. Should I stop the solid food until he has been too poo? Thanks in advance x

Keep the fluids coming. Fluids help ease constipation.
With my LO I used to buy a tin of prunes, blend them up and freeze them into small portions.
Also, you can give her Lactulose, which you can buy from the chemist. If it carries on, you get can prescriptions such as Movicol to manage long term constipation problems.
I would definitely get on this asap, as my DD has suffered from constipation since birth and it can get very distressing the longer it goes on. When she got bigger, it was Heinz baked beans all the way
