Location change prompting MS?

So I'm eleven weeks along and my pregnancy has been relatively MS free. I fly across the country to cold, humid and elevated Michigan to see (and tell) my mother for a week, and have been inflicted with constant nausea since I got here. I don't know if it's all in my head, but I've just been feeling so sick since the day I got here. Anyone else experience something like this before?

I'd say that makes sense! If the altitude is higher than you are used too, than you are getting less oxygen then you are used too, and anything of that sort can totally throw you off.
