Has anyone experienced a delay in AF after starting to take royal jelly tablets or coq10 tablets? I am also on ferritin tablets due to low iron stores. Usually cycles around 27 days but now alnost 31. Have had cramps but no bleeding. Due to start second cycle IVF got to phone clunic with july cycle. Trying to predict when that will make an appearance but all up in the air just now.
long cycle could supplements be to blame?
