Long Implantation bleed?

Hello someone please tell me they've had the same thing happen to them and ended up with a BFP.
I have had 2 successful pregnancies and with both I had literally a couple of brown spots of blood 3-4 DPO.
We are trying for baby #3 and this time I got what I thought was my normal implantation bleed 3-4 days post ovulation..but by the next day it started to look not brown but red and now 3 days in I'm having to wear a pad which I'm changing 2 times a day. Doesn't feel like a period...ie no cramping.
Wasn't like this the last 2 times..

Do I still have hope?..HPT have so far showed BFN!

I'm on day 5 of very light spotting. No cramps, not needing a liner, and I think I'm on cycle day 20 today(no clue when O was). Good luck and be sure to update.

It was definitely my period as i got a blood hcg test -3
