Now i am jealous. I can knit (basic knitting) but never managed to perfect the art of crochet. This blanket is amazing and a big, huge very well done you. Bubs will love it too.

I love it well done Im knitting as I dont know what I am having dont plan on finding out either, Im doing one blue and pink for a girl well might use other colours but hope to have a good pile when Im finished

oh you should post a photo when you are finishd...I think that is great..it definantly keeps your mind off things when times are hard..and its exciting to make too isnt it!!
You can always do deep colours like red, blue,greed, yellow..those are boy and girl..
I think I didnt know what we were having I would have just omited the pink with green and yellow...then it would fit for both..and I would have put buttons instead of flowers!

it's lovely and so special you made it for your baby and even better it's kept your mind occupied! It is horrible being on bedrest. I was on that for the last 8 weeks with my youngest, and had to go on bedrest due to a heart problem last year, it drives you crazy. xx
