And I still haven't put my full 25pds on yet..Im nervous because I haven't had an ultrasound since 18wks...

Could be the baby pressed against your tummy? I only gained 25 pounds total throughout my pregnancy but my baby was 8 pounds 10 ounces at birth No wonder I had constant acid reflux

I haven't gained a lot at all... not even 20 lb, but I had a 3d ultrasound at 29 weeks and she said LO was right on track, and my fundal height is always 1-2 cm ahead of schedule.

If it's really worrying you, though, talk to your midwife about it!
