Losing weight

Does anyone else find it hard to lose weight? I put on 3 stone (about 32lb) when pregnant. I lost it almost instantly without do anything but Ive put it back on.. No idea why as ive not changed anything in fact ive been eatint more healthy due to bf and exercising more by chasing DD around. Help!! :( Going on holiday end of next month i want tto look nice! Or at least better.. x
 
Its hard because I'm hungry all the time! I'm planning to make thing as like fruit salad and frittata that I can snack in instead of biscuits chocolate and crisp. I'm also going too try the 30 day shred as its only 20 mins a day.
 
I lost all the weight right after birth save for about 12ish pounds. those 12 pounds are holding on strong! ive gotten into zumba for the past month I do it twice in a week. step 3 times a week, yoga, and lots of walking with LO in the buggy or ergo. I don't expect to lose the last bit until im finished bfing as I need to eat soooooooooo much. the exercising is just to establish a routine of it and to give me more energy. no advice really, just :hugs: as to lose weight you need to burn more calories than youre taking in and that's not really an option when youre bfing.
 
yep! find it so hard you aren't alone. I find when i exclusively breastfeed i gain/maintain weight, but when i combi i lose weight quickly. I think that's because when breastfeeding i comfort eat for the added tiredness.

I bought the 30 day shred dvd last year & the day it arrived I got my BFP so it remained in its cellophane until the beginning of the month. It's HARD! Lol but I am lazy so there ya go!
