Lost 2 stone, now what?

I'm stuck! I'm actually just not losing weight any more!

I'm constantly on my feet and the first 2 stone fell off, now I'm stuck :(

I'm eating cereal and a yoghurt for breakfast, salad for lunch (sometimes a wrap) and healthy dinners (most of the time salad unless I'm more hungry) Oh and fruit inbetween.

People keep telling me I'm not eating enough but I'm eating when I'm hungry.

I need to lose another stone to get out of 'obese' then I'll be semi-happy!
 
I've found myfitness pal (there's an app or a website) really helpful as you can track exactly what you're eating and any exercise that you do :thumbup: It may well be that if you're not eating enough your body's gone into starvation mode :shrug:

I've also reached a plateux but I know I should be doing more exercise :blush:
