not a great deal better but thanks or asking Sian

having trouble with my RSD atm, desperately trying to hold onto the little bit of mobility and independence it let me have while I was pregnant but not doing a very good job of it and had 2 give into it and take the morphone a couple of times so feeling disappointed about that tbh, as my body settles back to how i was before i was pregnant, the worse the RSD is getting which doesn't help how I feel mentally about everything
