Lost entire plug ? Now what??

I think I lost the whole plug, but it wasn't bloody so does that count? So sorry for TMI: warning!.... It was just huge like 3"long and 1" wide, clearish yellow stretchy jello thing.... I'm 39.6wk and been having contractions for 2 days straight ..... Yesterday they were pretty regular.... Today more like BH....
Wondering if this was the whole plug? I know it can rejuvenate ... I sure hope not at this point !!!
Anyone lost that much at once and go into labor? What should I expect now??

Have sex and get on a birthing ball to bounce for a while. Get walking ASAP. You are obviously dilating enough for your body to expel that.
