Lost my Christmas Spirit

Please help girls, i was so excited for christmas ive not shut up about it ive finished maisie and so close to finishing everyone else. but iv had by far the worst weekend with FOB and finding out stuff, ive been a bit of an emotional wreck and now im left with no christmas spirit its only a few weeks away but i cant help but wanna wish the next few months away of my life so i feel 'normal' again. please help cheer me up and kick some sense into me xx

Dan it's hardly surprising with everything that's come up the last couple of weeks for you. BUT what you need to do is think of all the times he made you sad, think of any special occasions that he ruined for you and Maisie and then make a pact with yourself that he will NOT ruin Christmas. Maisie and you deserve the best Christmas ever after all that's happened. Try some visualisation - put him in a room (with a rottweiler in it preferably lol) in your mind, then close the door and lock it and there he will stay.

Aww I'm sorry you've been having a rough time. Maybe plan something really Christmassy for the weekend to do with your little girl? You could do some Xmas crafts or take her to see santa if she hasn't been yet? That's probably not much help but might get you looking forward to Xmas again? Xx

Aw Girlie, I felt the same, I HATE Christmas every year since me and T split I have cried and Im not doing it anymore, Its not fair!
So I put ours, My Nanna's and An elderly neighbours trees up today
