Lost my maternity pillow!

Are you guys talking about a body pillow type thing, or are there actually maternity pillows. I'm 13 weeks, and some odd days now, and I find that I need a pillow between my legs and by my side to wrap my arm around. Poor husband lays all alone, whilst I cuddle with the pillows.
