Low back pain - Ov poss? advice please.

Some advice please,
For those who havent read any previous information I had a mmc at 12+1 weeks resulting in an erpc on 24.2. I bled for only a few days, then spotting, now nothing. I am still getting very faint hpt (last one was this morning)
We have been dtd every other day since bleeding stopped (about 5 days ago).
I am now suffering from really quite bad, very low pains in my back and on front left hand side.

Is it possible my body is gearing up to ovulate even though hpt is still +?

Thanks Holly, not so much feeling unwell, just sore! Boobs are definately painful also!!! What are my hormones doing?!
