Hi all, I posted this in 2nd tri but no on real had any experience so I figured I would try here.
At 17 weeks I had my anatomy scan and they found that my AFI was only 7.1 at that gestational age they like to see it above 10 but def above 8. So I had a rescan at 18 weeks and my levels had went up to 8.4, still low but at least they increased so they said just keep drinking water and taking it easy. Well after the radiologist reviewed my ultrasound they found what they think is a Chorioangioma which is a vascular tumor on the placenta. This can cause congenital heart failure, hydrops, IUGR, and all kinds of issues if it gets to be bigger than 5cm. I don't know how big mine was or if it is actually there. They are sending me to a high risk clinic for a level II ultrasound next week and I can't help but fear the worst.
We have 4 boys and I am finally pregnant with out little girl and now I am afraid of losing her.
Any info, words of advice, encouragement would be welcome
