Low lying anterior placenta after previous c section :(

Had my 20 wk scan and baby is healthy and fine however recieved a bit of a shock. The ultrasound tech said that i had a low lying anterior placenta. She didnt say anything else and said hopefully it should move up as bump grows.
However i came home and googled it and realised that there is a massive chance i could have serious complications as i have a previous c section scar and the placenta can grow into it!!

Has anyone experienced this but found that the placenta moved off the scar without growing into it?

I wanted to share that I had a low lying anterior placenta this time and it has moved!!! Doc said they usually do, and mine did, so wanted to give you that hope. I think things will be just fine hun.

Jesz: thanks for the reply hun! X was yours low over the cervix too? Mines further complicated by a previous c sec scar trying to remain hopeful x
