Our local Mennonite dairy has begun making their milk available to the public. (They have gone about this beautifully) I noted it right when I became pregnant and decided against buying any until after the baby is born. But recently the dairy has begun distributing to local vendors and u found myself face to face with the milk and cheese they make at my bakery! Urgh! I was riveted, and the owner offered me samples of each if the products, which were the most delicious, creamy, pure-tasting milk and cheese I have ever had! I got some chocolate milk to bring my son and another to give my dad, and I ended up drinking most of both (lol I love dairy), and feel wonderful. I want to make a switch to drinking this milk full-time, but I don't find too much info out there on low-temperature pasteurized non-homogenized milk. I wondered if any of my fellow 2nd tri ladies have has any experience here! I'll be out of milk tomorrow and sooo want to go buy myself this delicious milk!
