low rubella count?

Saw the doc today n he said my blood test came back with low rubella count. Anyone else had this? I'm sure I had mmr booster 5 years ago just after I had my son. Seeing the proper baby doc on monday guess I'll find out more about it then. X

Yes I was the same. They just gave me the MMR injection after DS was born

Did you have the booster after your son because your count was low then? Inoculations don't stick well for some people.

I don't have the immunity either.

This surprised me as I've had rubella itself when I was little (although as I got chicken pox the week after she said my body probably was trying to fight that than make antibodies for rubella) but I also had the MMR injection too

I'll make sure I get another one after the baby is born

Yeah I had a booster as my levels were low and they did that the same day my son was born. I'm relieved I'm not the only one in this position, thnx for your replies xx
