I'm 4w6d and I've had this on and off since I found out (over a week ago!).
Everything I've read, and what the doctor told me yesterday, is that it's okay as long as it's not severe. But what constitutes severe?
It's quite sore, like period pains, and bad enough that I want to (but won't) take painkillers.
However I wouldn't call it agony - I'm able to walk around and play with my son as normal, more or less concentrate on my work at the computer, etc, but it does hurt. Should I be worried? It's my back only and it's just like period pains.
I know I cramped early with my son, but I can't remember how badly.
