Lower Left Stabbing Pain But U/S Showed Baby OK Now Bleeding

On Sunday night I had severe stabbing pains in my lower left hand side and tiny bits of blood when I wiped. I went to the early pregnancy clinic. I am 6 weeks pregnant. They scanned and there was the sac. She scanned my ovaries and saw a small cyst in the right but nothing in the left were the pain was. Couldn't see a fetal pole though. Tonight I looked at my liner and there was brown blood like the start of a period. When I went for a pee there was red blood. I've had two miscarriages and they both started like this.
Could it be the cyst coming away? Or could there be a cyst she didn't notice? The lower left pain is back now. I can't sleep for sadness and I just hope I'm not losing another baby.
