LTTC - Reflexology opinion needed

Hi Ladies,

I have been LTTC for about 3 1/2 years now and have recently been diagnosed with PCOS. I have this local lady who specializes in reflexology for people TTC or Pregnant. Lots of people say she works miracles and have an appointment to see her tomorrow.
I was wondering if people know if this is a good idea or heard any success stories from doing this? Or am I just wasting my time...?

Just wondered how you got on? I see a reflexologist each week, I don't really agree with the science behind it, but I absolutely love reflexology and it does wonders for lowering my stress levels

I've been doing reflexology for a year (had to stop for financial reasons) but I absolutely loved it. It didn't help with my periods (Vitex helped) but it lowered my stress levels and I stopped being depressed and worried. It's just sooo pleasant in general, I had a great lady who helped women with pcos to get pregnant, unfortunately I wasn't her success story but then again Im overweight and it hurts my chances.

I have pros and started having reflexology last summer. Before reflexology we had been ttc for 9 months with no luck. Since then having reflexology once a month we have conceived twice (sadly both ended in MC). Whether thats coincidence I don't know, but what I do know is I really look forward to my reflexology sessions! And I think they must do some good because I have had a few instances where Ive had random aches an pains (neck/shoulder pain for example) and it has gone the day after a reflexology session.

I say go for it, just don't necessarily expect miracles. But you never know! Good luck!

I know people who've had success with reflexology and also acupuncture (in fact possibly more with acupuncture). Who knows how it works, but I would definitely give it a go.
