Lump??

hi ladies wonder if any of you know what this is, i have a small lump on my lower back where my knicker line is been there since maybe june this year and when i was about 24 weeks pregnant, what could this be, i do shave my lower back so thought maybe an ingrown hair i dunno any suggestions ladies Xx
