Lunches

I'm not dieting so I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but here it goes.

I find lunches so hard to eat. I do get hungry, of course, but I never know what to eat for lunch and it either ends up being not very much or absolute rubbish. It has gotten harder since I went off bread three months ago - no sandwiches, no toasties, not even simple toast! It can't be healthy for me not to eat three proper meals a day. Does anyone know of any cheap, quick, healthy lunches I could make? What do you tend to eat for lunch?
 
Omelette, tuna pasta, ham and coleslaw wraps, chicken and avacado salad, baked potatoes with tuna or beans, eggs and bacon, smoothies, houmous with carrot sticks and celery, cous cous with salad and boiled egg.
That's just a few of the lunches I've had over the last few weeks :)
 
I'd recommend pasta, salads, sandwiches (multigrain bread, veggies, turkey), and plenty of fruit! A mix of any of these all :)
