lutal phase help please

Afternoon ladies I was wondering if yous could help me with my lutal phase, I have a 35day cycle I have no idea when ov is, how many days would that make ny lutal phase? I'm sure I got sore boobs on cd17 as Always get until af arrives, which indicates ov has been or is about to approach is it normal to have very sore boobs for that length of time? Much appreciated thanks

Do you know when you ovulated during past cycles? Or do you temp? Unfortunately your boobs can be sore from many things so that's not a good indicator to help figure out your luteal phase length. I tracked mine for months before I I was able to concretely say mine are 12 days...

There is really no way to tell how long your leutal phase is without knowing when you ovulated. Best way to do that is to temp or use opk's.
