Vitamin b6 alone didn't work for me. I had to add agnus castus (added 2 days to my 8 day cycle) and then finally progesterone cream which brought my cycle to a gorgeous 14 day luteal phase and I'm due next month :)

Do you chart? I started with only opk's but it turns out they were not accurate with correctly predicting my O but I didn't realize for many months. Good luck hun:thumbup:

Wow ty pandi where can i get both? I try and also temp and that ive tried i like $tree opks i hate up and up lets see what brand i van get this cycle congrats on ur bfp:)

Agnus Castus is also know as Vitex (I get Nature's Way brand) and I got a bottle for $5 on Amazon although a lot of health food stores carry fertility blends with agnus castus listed as a main ingredient. Progesterone cream I also get from Amazon (just can't beat their pricing lol) and I get Progest brand by Emirta. I know there are other brands of both of these products that have worked for other gals on here but those are the two I researched and decided on.

Just remember you'll want to chart if using progesterone cream. You only use it once O is confirmed up until AF (or a bfp) shows. If you start it early before O happens it can delay O entirely and mess up your cycles! Vitex I took cycle long and it had some significant impacts my first cycle although everyone is different. Whatever path you take remember that most naturopath doctors will tell you to try them 3 cycles to see their full effect. I very much hope they work for you and best of luck!

Will definitely look them up what was ur dosage? Ughhhh idk if this is even a period grrr it's been mostly old blood not even my normal flow unless soy iso is causing my flow change

I started with 800mg of vitex per day and that worked for me but most women take 1,200mg. The progesterone creams vary in mg per tsp so you'd want to follow whatever the direction are for the brand you get.

I didn't realize you were taking soy iso as that will clash with both of these products fyi. Maybe wait until you see how you like the soy and then try these two items? Soy really messed me up although some women swear by it. It actually delayed my ovulation and made my luteal phase shorter. It's a hormone mimicker whereas agnus castus is a hormone balancer and doesn't mimck estrogen or anything else. Charting will really help you to monitor what works and what doesn't for you with any of these remedies so something to consider. Good luck

Again ty for the info girl, ill hold off this cycle ive only taken soy yesterday but God damn hotflashes i woke up very sick and nauseous unlike the first cycle i can still use the p cream right? I must add i did get two additional days to my lp god I miss my 30 day cycles who would have thought itd b so hard :/ i wanna try more natural ways before i go to the docs my periods r only getting shorter it seems

Yes I understand trying the natural path first...most doctors treat infertility with more meds instead of looking for long term solutions to hormonal imbalances. A shame really as the imbalances affect our health long term and not just ttc so fixing them is in our best interest overall...just my humble opinion!

As far as using the cream and soy at the same time I am to understand it makes for some crazy symptoms tho so be aware! All of the estrogen dominant issues before O (hot flashes, night sweats, sore breasts, irritability) and then a hard swing to the opposite end of the spectrum with progesterone (drowsiness, tender breast, nausea). From what I understand (and experienced) using both makes those symptoms much stronger because of the swing but maybe you would be diffeent? You never know until you try! Good luck again:thumbup:

Im a bear at heart so that's bad already lol lets c if vb6 helps at all if not next cycle i will definitely try ur suggestions!

Just wanted to let you know that I am in the same boat. I have an 8-9 day LP and I tried b6 which didn't work. The only thing that worked for me was progesterone suppositories (when I was seeing a fertility specialist for my first).

Lleaf how long did u use them?! I want to try my options before i seek medical help but ugh 8 months is already killing me

I used them 2 days after ovulation throughout my entire LP... at 14dpo I usually got a pregnancy test and if it was negative I would stop using the progesterone. When I got a BFP I used the progesterone until I was 11 or 12 weeks. I am having LP Issues again and ttc #2 soon, will prob have to go back on them.

Are they prescribed? Did u try other forms of progesterone prior to those
