Hiya Guys,

I know it's a little obsessive but I am planning next months suppliments incase i dont get my much longed for :bfp: and have been looking in to Maca and TBH seems to good to be true :happydance::happydance:

So my questions are,
Where have people been getting it from?
In what form are you using it, powder, capsule?
How much are you taking?
Any recipies for the powder?
and if you have tried both which is best

And of course any success stories :baby:

Will be keeping an eye on this post as I would love to know the answers to all your questions to!!!

:dust:

p.s sorry I have no answers xx

I get organic maca root powder from amazon, and also capsules from there. I get both because the powder is meant to be better, but I cant manage to eat that much of it, so I top up with capsules! I think you are meant to take quite a lot, though I'm not sure the exact amount. I've been taking about a teaspoon of powder then a couple of tablets. I dont think you can really od on it as its a food. I have no idea whether it works or not as I only started taking it a couple of weeks ago!

Hope this helps.

I just received the powder and had it in holicks half a teaspoon and put 3 teaspoons in a bolognese sauce.

I like the taste so im just going to try and get me and OH to have on average 2 teaspoons a day.

I bought it from the wholefoodstore online

Iv been in to my local Holland and Barrett this morning and they don't have it looks like I'm going to have to go online, just wasn't too keen on that.

Thanx everyone

I got mine from a ebay, I got organic capsules 900mg have three a day.

Taking them cautiously as supposed to give energy boost and don't want to end up struggling to sleep! :loopy:

Instructions on pack say 1-3 caps 3 times a day
