Hey everyone, i was wondering who here is taking maca (or if there partners are taking it)? whats the dosage? and have you noticed anything different?

Me and my husband have tried everything so far the latest is Maca, now i take it once a day, my hubby takes a pure maca capsule once a day but he also takes a horny goat weed with maca once a day, i am thinking about adding another maca but not sure. I have noticed a difference in our bedroom and in our energy level.

We started taking it due to my hubbys low sperm count, and i joined him because its supposed to be good for women to take to. wondering if anyone had any luck with it so far or what there opinions are of it

Me and my DH just started taking 2 500mg capsules a day this month. I bought them at sprouts. We're just on our first month so here's hoping it will work! So far I've noticed that I haven't had any early spotting (usually a problem with me) but ill keep you posted. Much luck to us and the maca!
