Hi,

Anyone who take Maca here?
I bougth Maca in pills form. I don't know how much is supposed to take to have a good result
On my bottle says take 2 pills 2 time a day. I red that many people take 1-2 tablespoon per day. Which is more than my 4 pills.
What do you know about it ?
