After a very stressful, upsetting and short lived attempt at BFing DS1, I am so proud to say that DS2 and I have made it to a year 
I've been very lucky this time around. He latched straight away and has always fed like a dream. He still feeds quite a lot, usually four or five times during the day with quick drink or comfort feeds in between, and once or sometimes twice at night. All this despite huge amounts of food lol. No idea if this is normal or not, but it seems to work for him and I'm happy with that.
Next goal is two years, then letting him wean himself when he's ready
