I know quite a few people who have booked to go, but it was way out of my price-range! I know someone who went last week, and complained via the Facebook page. My husband also works with someone who went, who said it was just throughly depressing! Santa not dressed, Santa not wearing a beard, presents unwrapped, these "exclusive" gifts appeared to be Happy Meal toys, the elves were smoking in costume and in full view of the guests..!

The reviews are pretty shocking, I just hope all of the bad press forces them to improve things for next week. It is expensive Tattoo but were going on a weekday so not as bad, will still be annoyed if its £40 for 3 of us and its crap! X
