Making a closed group

Hi!
I was wondering if someone could help me make a group CLOSED.

Once it is closed, No one can join? or they need to ask to join? how does it work?

Should I only CLOSE the group after I have the # in the group I want? (I want to start a group with only 15 people, approx.)

HOW do I make a group a closed group?

you would just need to put closed in the title, it doesn't keep others from posting in it--you would have to tell people it is a closed group etc (not something we would handle)
