making the switch

hi everyone, Im moving over from bfing and express feeding and started aptimil but lo seems to be a bit consipated, anyone any advice? or similar experience?

We were advised if lo got a little constipated to offer an ounce of cooled boiled water between one feed and the next and that should get things moving. Otherwise you could try rubbing lo's tummy. My lo can go a day or more without pooping though, then just has a massive one to make up for it!

she has managed a big loose one but i swear she is straining when she gets upset still x

What I do and have been advised to do is to give her as much cooled boiled water as she will take, that will sort you out within 24 hours hunnie.
