Male factor infertility & Clomid

My SO and I have been ttc foot almost 2 years. We just got married in Mayof this year. In July he went in for his 1st SA. Count was good but motility and morphology was lower than what we would like. My Dr. prescribed me with Clomid 100mg to help our chances of on of his swimmers making it to an egg. Since I already O regularly Clomid would help me produce 2 or 3 eggs each month. Well I am starting my 3rd and final round of Clomid (alone) tonight and I was just wondering if anyone has had a similar situation and what, if anything worked for you.
