Male Infertility. Testicles do not function properly.

After TTC for almost two years my husband went to the doctor and the results came back that he has a sperm count of 8000 and his testicles don't function properly.
Have any of your husbands had this problems? If so could you let me know if it can be fixed or if you had success conceiving.

Hi. My husbands semen analysis.came back abnormal and they recommended that he try 3 months of a compounded clomid and if that doesn't work then we'll need
to do iui or ivf. We also saw a urologist to see if there was anything that he could do surgery wise or whatever but he said in our case he'd recommend the clomid or consider iui. We have an appt to see a RE next month so hoping we'll figure more out then.
