So exciting seeing all these scans! I can't wait but also kind of dreading mine on Monday. I'd like to see how far along I actually am, should be around 9 weeks based on the day my miscarriage started.

Funny thing happened in work today. A coworker told me she had an oopsie and is expecting her fourth child (they were 100% done) and she is due the exact same date (until further notice in my part as me).
Also he middle child is a month younger than my eldest and her youngest a month older than my youngest lol.

Did I see you say you're in Ireland? Me too! Have you received you're booking appointment yet? I'm hoping to get mine in the post the end of the week or start of next week.

I cnt cope with heat that well over here (abroad im fine) so im strugglin anyway lol stil makin most of it though! My nausea has kicked in slightly in last half hr but not sure if its heat or pregnancy related. I struggled to eat my dinner last nyt had bolognese was starvin but when it came to eatin it it was as if i couldnt be arsed and felt full after a couple bites havin left overs tnyt cos i refuse to waste th big pot i made lol

Anyone else dying to start baby shoppin hahaa?? I have a few bits already but OH doesnt know... i started a wee box of small things before i gt pregnant. Mainly to hve it in my head i would be pregnant eventually & cause it was stuff in the sale tht i thought was cute lol (yes i am mental lol) i got myself a pregnancy planner aswell last week forgot to tell you’s i dnt want to add anything to it tho until 12wks even tho theres bits to add frm nw til then

I haven't bought anything yet for the baby. Waiting until we find out the gender but I might pick up neutral muslin clothes and bibs soon. I gave a lot of my DD's clothes away to a friend who had a girl. She said she'd give them back if I ever have another girl but I think after 3 girls wearing them I will want new clothes this time. It would be lovely to be able to buy boy clothes this time but I don't think that will happen lol
I did order a few maternity tops from New Look sale which arrived today. I felt guilty about jinxing it but it was too good of a bargain. Four tops for €35 including delivery. I didn't buy maternity clothes for DD2 so I thought I would treat myself. Going to get maternity jeans from new look to whenever I need to start wearing them. I know you're meant to start showing earlier on your 3rd+. I'm hoping that's true but I have always been on the bigger side so who knows when I will start showing. Nausea is on and off this morning. I have to keep having light snacks to feel better. I'm very conscious about putting on weight this early so I'm being super healthy and have cut back on nearly every sweet thing. I usually loose nearly a stone in my 1st trimester due to morning sickness but I don't know if this time it will be the same.
Sorry for the all the rambling. It's just nice to air out all my thoughts to women who get it.
Does anyone have any new symptoms that have started?

Well im not sure is its pregnant related or what but the last 3 mornings ive had ‘tummy issues’ and then yday i was very nauseous and kept gagging but wasn’t actually sick. And similar feeling today but not as intense and yday morning. Obly gagged once or twice.

Today ive been having dizzy spells xxx

My nausea seems to be quite bad today to point im considering phonin in sick for work & if you knew me youd know i never phone in sick i havent went sick for a year and a half roughly. I think il prob go in tonight (its only a short shift) but then might go sick rest of week

I don't blame you for wanting to call in sick. With DD1 the nausea was so bad that even travelling by bus or car had me wanting to hurl but I never did. I called in sick to work a lot as sometimes the thoughts of feeling that 40 minute journey had me crying. It's almost better if you do get sick as it gives you some relief. The only thing that I could stomach was potatoes and ready salted crips and sparkling water. With DD2 ginger ale and ginger nut biscuits were my saviour especially when I was out and about. Have any foods helped you?

The gagging and dizziness sound like symptoms to me. Not sure about the tummy issues, but everyone is different. Have you been able to eat anything?

Think the nausea is starting! Felt a bit sick last night and feel sick again now, also hungry but really don’t fancy any food, nothing is appealing to me.

I had my booking appointment on Monday, but I spoke to the colleague who's due the same day and she has her first scan a week after mine and the an appointment. No mention of booking appointment. I thought it was a bit weird.

Yeah i keep thinking my morning sickness is starting too. Keep having on and off periods of sickness. I too feel a bit sicky tonight also! Weird isn’t it! Xxx

The boob pain is on another level tonight Oh holy moly, they are so hard and my nausea is ramping up. I’m still getting it mostly evening and nighttime but last night I actually felt sick in my sleep what the hell is that all about!? Have woke up the last two nights really sore in my public bone area I had really bad pelvic girdle pain with the twins but surely it couldn’t start this early? Don’t know what it is but it’s uncomfortable as hell

I'm in Dublin too! That is a bit weird. How far along are you now? I thought the booking appointment is the same day as your 12 week scan? At least that what it was when I was pregnant with both my DDs. Maybe it depends on the hospital or your medical history?

That's mad! What hospital are you with? I'm attending the Coombe but I can't remember if I had this appointment with my son at all. I'm 8+ 2 (pending scan confirmation).
My GP sent a letter for an early scan because of my miscarriage with the EPU but it wasn't granted so I'm just going to have one privately on Monday. Apparently I didn't fit the criteria.

It will be gas as I’ve been absolutely full of it. I mean FULL!!!! Given OH a run for his money this week pmsl. I don’t have the constipation issue however, nerves have had me there twice already this morning.... think I’ll go grab some bananas as I’m not convinced cereal will do me any favours and I love a good banana!!!!!

Afm - i felt awful again this morning. Heaving but not actually sick. I ended up being late for work! Luckily im the manager lol! So do we think this is morning sickness already? Im only like 5 nearly 6 weeks xx

Im having an awful time with nausea. I'm away for the day in work and considered calling in sick. Same tomorrow and I think I'll do that or just cancel and work from home. Won't be well received but I'm having such a hard time.
