Mastitis again

I've got mastitis again and I'm in so much pain. Went to the hospital this morning and they've given me antibiotics. My son is 2 and he won't feed off the affected breast and says it makes him feel sick. It's getting bigger and lumpier and more painful. I've tried the breast pump and hand expressing and I can't get a drop out, even though I've got lots in that breast. Any advice on how to get the milk out? Thank you!

I'm sure you have already tried this nut a hot shower and massage the breast with hot water (it might be uncomfortable) then hand express slowly at first working from outside breast to nipple. If you can bear massage lumps out all the better. Take painkillers 30 min before if it's really painful and make make sure plenty hot water and some cold compresses after
