Material for a wrap carrier?

I'm trying to decide on the kind of carrier to get - I want a wrap (eg moby stylee) but I'm not sure on what kind of material to get it made out of.

I'm looking at cotton gauze atm, as LO is due in June, so it will be WARM, but at the same time I've been looking at Jersey/stretchy fabric because I imagine it being easier to wrap with and more comfortable??

Can anyone give me an insight?

P.S Let me know if you don't know what I'm talking about
