Can some one help me . My current contract with my employeer is 12 weeks and I am about to finish at sept 9th. I am currently 25 weeks pregnant and I was not employeed by this employeer for 26 weeks continous to claim SMP and I started this job after 13 weeks into pregnancy. My question is do I need to get SMP1 form from employeer as I am planning to send my MA1 form at 27 weeks of pregnancy which will be mid of sept even though I wont be working at that time.
