Maternity Leave For Second Baby

I am currently on maternity leave and I got back in 2 months and 3 weeks and this is when I want to try for another baby... What rights do I have and could the company make me redundant after the second lot of maternity leave?

If you've returned to work and are working in your qualifying week (15th week before due date) then you are entitled to full SMP as previously. The rights protecting your job are increased while you are off, but when you return they drop back down to the same as anyone else. They can't make you redundant without good reason ie your section is no longer needed, your job can be shared between two other people with the experience, however if say you were a typist, working in a pool of twenty typists, you'd all have to interview for the 19 jobs, they couldn't just pick you to go.
