maternity notes question

Hi I'm 39 weeks today and have been to the midwife today she kept asking me if I was getting blank spots or headaches etc. I didn't think anything of it until I got home and was looking through my notes and noticed it said " asymptomatic of PET" then it also says aware of signs/ symptoms of PET does anyone know what this means please?

Asymptomatic means not showing any symptoms of and PET is Pregnancy Induced Hypertension/Pre-eclampsia. They always ask me at my midwife appointments the same questions about headaches and visual disturbances as these can be a sign of pre-eclampsia.
