MAY testers???

This thread is moving way to fast for my to keep up. Good luck to everyone testing soon x

Sorry to hear bumbleberry! Thats so disappointing!

Welcome Yo-yo!

Well, my temp rose a little bit again today. Usually by 11 dpo my temps start going down or stay stable. I've never shown a slow rise at the end of my chart like this, so I'm cautiously optimistic. Seems like there is a new sign every month that I get excited about and I still get BFNs lol.

So tomorrow is supposed to be my 12 dpo test day, but I'm honestly feeling too nervous to test!! It's also a Monday which is one of my toughest days at work, so I'm not sure if I can take a BFN on top of that!

So exciting!! I can't wait to see!

Belle!!!! TUESDAYYYYY!!!! test on Tuesday!!!!

That way , your stress at work won't effect your mood on TOP of a BFN if its too early....I know waiting is hard but you are so close, one day makes a huge different in the testing world lol

YoYo...I am only taking prenatals prescribed by the doc. Im not charting or CM checking. Just tracking the days we BD on Ovia....im taking a relaxed approach this month...

Im on CD 19.

Testing day is May 12th.

Baby C, AF is due Wednesday, so if I wait for Tuesday I may as well wait till Wednesday! I usually start spotting at 12 dpo, so if I dont start spotting tomorrow I'd say that's a pretty good sign.

So far so good!

How is everyone else feeling?? I know there are a bunch of early May testers coming up!

I should be Oing this week, around the 4/5th. Just getting in the BD when I can ;)

I'm anxious to start seeing tests to obsess over, who's testing this week?

My symptoms are weird.
Early last week I spent several days nauseated off and on. I would be fine then I'd run go pick up lunch and have to pull over before I got back to the office just smelling the food!
Last couple of days, nothing really though. Some pain on my sides under ribs at night but that's it. I'm also having some cramps in lower stomach and back. Not sure if AF or possible symptom. I'm tempted to skip tomorrow just bc BFN is disappointing to see.

3 dpo here and already fighting the urge to start testing tomorrow. The DH's bday is next Saturday at 9 dpo.... was really hoping to be able to test by then but it's going to be really early to know for sure :(

AK: tbh it sounds like af came but was late, which can happen. IB would have happened about 10dpo give or take. Most women don't get it and it is actually rare.

I had IB with my DD1 and with 2 of my m/c's.

I'm out as AF had arrived earlier than expected but it means I still get to test again in May (27th) x

I'm not saying it doesn't happen, but from what I have read it isn't as common as it is made out to be. Unfortunately going off of posts on here isn't a good judge because we are a small section of women. if 5 women posted about it and 4 have had it and 1 doesn't that isn't a good enough amount of data to say that 4 out of 5 women will get IB.

and from what I have read IB doesn't include clots. if she had clots that is likely af.

Sorry that af got you but glad you get another chance in May!

Hey !!!! I think we may be cycle buddies !!!

I'm CD19. And I'm not sure when I ovulated but my testing date on Ovia is May11-12!

Good luck to you ! Dust to us both !

4 dpo here. I'll be testing at the end of the week. Not much in the way of symptoms. Mainly a few dull af-type cramps that are barely noticeable

So me and Hubbie are trying to get "in shape" for a Florida trip on May 27th...

we have a juicer and decided to juice our fruits/veggies for a breakfast substitute, make smoothies with protein power for lunch and dinner to each only clean oven baked protein ( chicken, salmon, etc) with cooked veggies for a couple weeks.

Of course if we go to a party or my friends wedding we will enjoy ourself and not go over board, but we will be mindful of the intake and try try try to exercise at least 3 times a week.

Do you think this will effect my fertility at all? making such a drastic change for three weeks?

HELP!!!!-- :-)

BabyC: of all of that it's the juicing that I am concerned about. Juice is just the sugar of the fruit. You are getting no fibre in it at all and no substance. Most of the vitamins are in the flesh of the fruit. Be very careful about dropping your calories too low. You don't want to go under 1200 in a day and that is already pushing it to an extreme.

What exactly is "in shape" for you? Lose 10-20 lbs or actually be fit? Are you exercising? if so, what? if not, why not? You are giving your self 26 days to do this. It's not impossible to lose a good amount of weight and inches in that time. But you need to do it right and starving yourself is not the way to go. In about a week of your plan, you will probably get bored. I can come up with a plan for you no problem that will give you more variety.

oh and do you have pcos and/or are you insulin resistant?

Hey Aayla!

Yea the juicing is something that we are trying out and have never done before! I am incorporating fresh nuts into the diet as well. I am not really trying to lose weight really, more so feel better and cut out the junk...my stomach and back have gained some inches and i want them kinda sorta toned.

I am more than positive that I will be bored by wednesday lol

I have regular cycles since a teen, got off BC in December and my cycles are 28-29 days

I havent been diagnosed with anything becuz this is only cycle #3.

Just trying to get into the healthy mindset.

Cutting out the junk is great and doing that on its own will likely give you the changes you need. nutrient wise choosing juice over something like pop is good but not great. sugar wise they are identical. Portion control is also a key thing. Most people will find they aren't eating enough veggies and protein, a little too much fruit (sometimes) and way too many simple, and even complex, carbs. and a lot of people aren't eating enough.

if you want to get "toned" (which means gaining muscle) you need to lift weights. Do workouts that incorporate either your body weight (push ups, pull ups, squats etc) or use dumb bells and for added oomph use both. Long gone are the days of cutting calories, eating low fat and only doing "cardio." You also need to eat. muscles need fuel and food is fuel.

I'm not sure how much you weigh or what you are doing for working out (if anything) but I suspect you would be in the 1500-1799 calorie range of a program I have followed with great success. Here is the portion control program of it.

4 servings of veggies (1 serving = 1 cup)
3 servings of fruit (1 servings = 1 cup, or 1 med orange, or 1 med banana)
4 servings of protein (1 serving = 3/4 cup, or 2 eggs, or 3 slices of turkey bacon)
3 servings of carbs (1 serving = 1/2 cup, or 1/2 english muffin, or 1 slice whole wheat bread)
1 serving of healthy fats (1 serving = 1/4 cup) items in this category include cheese, avocado, nuts and hummus. Nuts aren't usually measured out in cup form but in the amount of nuts. for example 12 almonds, 8 cashews, 14 peanuts. I have found nuts aren't worth it because you don't get a lot. I would rather eat cheese or avocado.
1 servings of dressings and seeds (1 serving = 3 TBS)
6 tsp (this is for your oils, like olive oil or peanut butter).

Eat like this every day, combined with 30 minutes of moderate activity (preferably using weights) and you will see amazing results in 21 days. I lost 8lbs and 7.5 inches in my first 21 days and I didn't even follow it perfectly. This is usually the way I eat (I'm in a higher calorie bracket though) no matter what I am doing for working out. Tomorrow I start a hybrid of hip hop abs and brazil butt lift.

This is my dream job (outside of being a singer but I'm not going to be a touring artist any time soon). I love helping people reach their weight and fitness goals. I struggle with weight and while I know exactly what it is that will make me succeed, I struggle with will power a lot of days. some days I succeed, some I don't. But even if I can't always reach my goal, I'm happy if I can help someone reach theirs.

This sounds very much so reasonable!!!! I will try and incorporate some of these things into the mix as well. I just want it to doable...and not a living hell!

so this sounds good...thanks alot!

Sounds like you know what you are talking about missy!!!!

Follow those dreams and do NOT let anything set you back...not even your own questioning thoughts!

Good luck!

Why is testing so addicting!! 8 hours after announcing I was going to wait 2 days to test... I test again :dohh:

Anyone want to look at these for me. First glance I see nothing but then I can see the faintest sliver of a possibility. Both pics are same test just diff backgrounds.
