I bought the becoming mama dvd as i do yoga already but this is mainly relaxation and meditation with mantras. Apparently it helps with blockages and anxiety which stop u getting pg? I have done it 3 times and i do feel.really relaxed and i jave noticed my stress level is a little better. Just wondering though if it has contributed to anyone getting pg? I guess it cant be bad if u feel good afterwards
