Maybe I am, not sure?

Okay, so my period is always on time, and its slightly late. Being pregnant is a possibility, all things considering. Earlier there was a little brown blood and was wondering anyone could help shed some light for me.

Also, my boyfriend has a few nephews and the youngest one (4) was patting my belly and kissing it and when i asked why, he told me i was pregnant.
