Maybe pregnant

Hi all, I am new to this sight so let me give you a little background before I ask my question. I am 37 with two beautiful kids from a previous marriage. Me and my new husband have been ttc for almost a year. Last month we had sex 4 days before ovulation. ( I use an app on my phone to track) It has been pretty accurate. As of today, I was 4 days late, feeling sick and vomitting a little, tender breast but 3 negative results. I went to the rest room and had a little spotting but no period. Could I be pregnant? Or is this just wishful thinking?

Why don't you get a blood test from your doc? That's the most accurate. Hoping for you that it's true
