MC 2 weeks ago but still +ve HPT & OPKs?

I had a miscarriage 2 weeks ago and have been bleeding on and off ever since.

I knew the HPT and OPK might show positive for a while, but thats now been two weeks.

They are very dark line? Anyone any ideas how long this should go on for?

Hmmmm, I don't know is the answer.

When I have m/c I have taken a test before the bleeding started and the line was very faint by that point.
I had my bloods done last time on the day I was passing clots and it was 50, then I had it done a week later and it was only 5.

To be getting a dark line.....is there any chance you may still be pg?
Did you get a scan to confirm the m/c?

i did have a scan and they couldnt see anything. I would have been very early on so I wasnt sure if they would see anything anyway.

The reason I ask is that I do have other symtoms of pregnancy including smells making me nauseous.

I really dont know now what is happening but the bleeding has now been happening for around a month which cant be good.

Wow I have no idea, but I would be requesting a scan asap.
Definitely see your GP tomorrow if you can.

This sounds obvious, but you are either not pregnant and bleeding or you are pregnant but bleeding!
Either way, you sound like you need a scan and/or QHCG blood test done.
I am sure your GP will agree.

It hasnt been that obvious to me. I guess I was told it was a MC and took that to be the case. I will check with the GP. Thanks for this. I needed to hear it from someone else!

it has been 3 weeks since my m/c but i had an erpc, and i have only just started to get negative HPT and am still getting very faint lines on OPK. I phoned gynae and they told me it could take any where between 2-4 weeks. However as MrsO29 said you could well still be pregnant. Please let me know how you get on with your G.P xxx big hugs xxx

Mazza2003, I'm curious to know how this turns out for you. I am in a similar situation. I believe I'm m/c'g but I'm still getting a +ve hpt.

I was getting a postive HPT for just over 2wks after my erpc at 12wks... the lines did fade though. I hope you managed to see the GP for some answers.
