MC and meds

hi everyone! So, I have 2 kids 2.5 and 3.5. didn't have a problem conceiving them. Have been trying for almost a year. Dr put me on climid and that didn't work and switched to letrozole. Last month I decided not to take the meds and I got pregnant but ended in a MC. Did anyone have this same situation? I feel like this is never going to happen or I feel like I will have another MC. My bleeding lasted 7 days and now I am waiting to ovulate. What should I expect? I didn't take the meds this month because of the MC I didn't know what day to count as day 1 for the meds. I was thinking we would go for it and try this month and next month go on the meds again. Can anyone help me feel better about this or tell me what I should expect? Thanks Elizabeth

I think it's different for everyone. I don't have experience with the meds, personally, but a friend of mine is also ttc and is on them. We MC within a week of each other in Dec/Jan, and she ended up O'ing on schedule without them after that. A previous post-MC though was anovulatory without them. After my Dec MC I ovulated about a week later than normal and the one before that was anovulatory. I think it really depends on a lot of things we can't control. The waiting is the worst.

My question is do I coynt the start of the bleeding as Day 1? The bleeding from the miscarriage lasted longer then a normal period. I have a on he dot 28 day cycle so I have. I clue what will happen since his through me off. I did buy a bunch of opk so I was going to start them tomorrow since my bleeding is jver with.

I think you count CD 1 as the day of the actual MC. That's how I've done it anyway, since the bleeding can start days before it happens.

I'm going to start OPKs again too in a couple of days and hope that a chemical hasn't thrown me off too badly.
