Melatonin while TTC?

I have severe insomnia most nights. So a friend offered me one of her melatonin gummies. I was a bit reluctant but I took one because I had to work the next day at 8AM.

I googled, bing'd, and yahoo searched on whether it was safe to take while TTC but came up with nothing? I think I'm just being a worry wart, but it's better to ask a question, than constantly wonder "what if". Lol.

I was reading the ingredients on the bottle of OvaBoost and it has melatonin in it. I'm sure you will be fine!!!

Thanks! I love the stuff. It puts me right to sleep. I only take one though.
