OMG, I cant make him take any more, he'll go mad! Think I'll have to stick with the zinc & folic acid for now & maybe start feeding him loads of oranges to up his vitamin c uptake.

Done. Got the Vit C + Zinc from Holland & Barrett yesterday's afternoon. It was difficult to find a decent rda percentage of Zinc, unless is only Zinc without the vit C. So he started with those plus my B complex!!!

Thanks for the tip on vit E. If i get those, I'll feel like my in-laws, they carry around their pill-bag!

I heard it can increase chances of prostate cancer for men who take folic acid??My oh looked it up, because he was going to start taking it. My oh takes santogen tablets (his and her ones) x
