Merina removed four weeks ago.

I had my Merina removed August 20th. Four weeks ago. I bled for probably a week and an half to 2 weeks. I noticed the thick clear mucusy discharge about a week ago, but my husband and I did not have sex till this last Friday. Did not really notice the thicker discharge then. However, today I had a pink mucusy discharge kind of like sporting but nothing like a real period. Is there any chance that I actually conceived? Or do I need to wait for next month to try again. I know that there is a possibility of multiple eggs being released after a Merina removal and I had mine in for just over four years.

What does anyone think?
