From around April to September, I lost about 30 pounds eating a low glycemic no-processed foods diet. (Not really a diet, just healthy eating.)
I was diagnosed with PCOS in October and have been on Metformin for just over a month.
Since starting Metformin I have not been able to lose any weight. It's unbelievably frustrating.
Has anyone else experienced this?
